Offensive returning talent

The hype for the upcoming season started when many of the top talents from 2024 made it known they will be back. The Tigers return the most production in the FBS from last season. This is some high level production returning as well.

It starts with Heisman contending quarterback Cade Klubnik. The senior made a huge jump from his first year as the starter to his second. Klubnik threw for 3,639 yards, 36 touchdowns, and just six interceptions in 2024. Going into 2025, Klubnik will have four of his top five receivers back from a year ago. He’ll also get his top receiver from two years ago, Tyler Brown, back from injury.

Also included in this group of talented  wide outs are a trio that helps boost this receiving corps to top three in the FBS according to PFF. One of the members of this trio, Antonio Williams, was named first-team All-ACC in 2024. He earned this honor after catching 75 passes for 904 yards and 11 touchdowns.

The other two are a pair of rising sophomores who live up to their individual expectations in year one. The duo of TJ Moore and Bryant Wesco Jr. made Clemson the first Power Four team since 2000 to have multiple freshmen finish the season with 650-plus receiving yards. Wesco was named a first-team Freshman All-American after catching 41 passes for 708 yards and five touchdowns. TJ Moore did not get the same recognition but still put up impressive numbers with 41 catches also for 651 yards and five touchdowns.
