Vic Burley

Vic Burley is in his fourth year with the Clemson program. When Burley arrived he was a consensus top-80 player in the 2023 class, and seen as potentially a future star defensive tackle for the Tigers.

The start of his career had quite a few bumps though. He was injured his entire freshman season. Since returning in his sophomore season though, Burley has had trouble truly reaching his potential.

In his career so far, Burley has 15 total tackles, and 0.5 tackles for loss. The coaching staff has challenged him to put in the work to make the strides that will bring him closer to being the player he’s expected to be.

Burley seems to be finally moving in the right direction. He is in the running to be a starter this season, but he still has more to prove to earn the job. However, Burley did have a remarkable performance in the Spring game posting three total tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, and three sacks.
