Amare Adams

Another player fans are excited about, but has been dealing with injury problems of his own is Amare Adams. The highly touted recruit from the class of 2025 has been rehabbing an ankle injury he suffered last season.

Before the injury, Adams played in ten games as a true freshman. He racked up five total tackles in his limited number of snaps. Adams did not participate much this Spring, including sitting out of the Spring game in order to continue nursing his ankle.

Adams is expected to make a full return during fall camp, in time for the regular season. Once he is back, it's likely that he will be a top candidate to be one of the two starting defensive tackles in 2026.
