Raleek Brown

Brown is another small but speedy receiver who has jumped into the portal. Like Burks, Clemson probably isn’t in the market to add another player of his ilk, but he will get attention from someone.

Brown was classified as a running back coming out of high school, and highly-rated as well. He was a 4-star and ranked as the third-best back in the Class of 2022.

247 Gabe Brooks said this of Brown.

"“Shorter back but well constructed with dense, stout build and naturally lower center of gravity. Likely an all-purpose type in the long run, but has shown during senior season encouraging high-volume capability when required.”"

As a transfer receiver, he is now rated as the sixth-best receiver of this transfer class.

Brown had a good true freshman season for the Trojans – 42 rushes for 227 rushing yards and 16 catches for 175 receiving yards. He made the move to receiver but ended up redshirting this past season, only getting six touches all season long.

The caveat here is that while 247 has him classified as a receiver, they also say Brown wants to move back to running back. Yet another reason he probably wouldn’t be a fit for Clemson.
