Defensive Backs  (14 offers- 10 CBs, 4 S)

Top CB Targets:

  • Denver Harris (5-star CB; Houston TX)
  • Jeadyn Lukus (4-star CB; Mauldin, SC)
  • Daylen Everette (4-star CB; Bradenton, FL)
  • Toriano Pride (4-star CB; Saint Louis, MO)
  • Ryan Turner (4-star CB; Hollywood, FL)
  • Nikai Martinez (4-star CB; Apopka, FL)

Top S Targets:

  • Malaki Starks (5-star ATH; Jefferson, GA)
  • Zion Branch (4-star S; Las Vegas, NV)
  • Alfonzo Allen (4-star S; Hallandale, FL)

Even before losing Derion Kendrick and LeAnthony Williams, Clemson was heavily recruiting cornerback. The Tigers are low at the position and it’s expected that they’ll take at least two in this class with a possibility of a third, maybe even a fourth depending on transfers and things of that nature.

The names to watch most closely are Jeadyn Lukus and Toriano Pride.

Clemson will take at least one safety- with the possibility of two- though right now there aren’t many names who are trending towards the Tigers at that position.

It will be interesting to see how Clemson recruits in the secondary this cycle a that is going to be a major asset or liability for the program moving forward into the future.
