Former & current Clemson football players are ready for EA Sports College Football

There’s no doubt that Clemson football has one of the most passionate and engaged fan bases in the country and, because of that, it should come as no surprise that a heavy contingent of Tiger fans and players were excited about the announcement that EA Sports College Football would be returning to the market.

EA Sports College Football is a new brand- replacing NCAA Football- under the EA Sports umbrella that plans to bring College Football back to the video gaming world in a full capacity for the first time since 2013.

Though there is no timeline or date set forth yet, there’s no doubt that Clemson football fans will be among the thousands lined up to purchase the video game when it does come out.

Because of the popularity the franchise gained during its time on the market with gaming consoles like Playstation and Xbox, it should come as no surprise that many Clemson football players also grew up playing the game.

There’s an excitement that will continue to build with anticipation over the next few months as we wait for an announcement and a timetable for when the video game might return to the market.

It’s fun seeing Clemson football players- both current & former- who are excited about the game.

Of course, EA Sports said that it will first release the game with a generic roster without NIL, but that it will keep a close eye on NIL legislation.

Just getting to play as Clemson football inside of Death Valley and see the team run down the hill and rub Howard’s Rock is something we weren’t ever sure if we would see again in a video game.
