1.  Virginia Tech

There’s always been something about the ACC that seems to have Tony Elliott’s name written all over it when we’ve thought about his potential landing spots.

He turned down an offer from Georgia Tech in the past, but perhaps he now thinks he is ready.

Virginia Tech’s Justin Fuente is on the hottest of seats as we enter the 2021 season and it’s certainly conceivable that the Hokies could move on from him if he has another disappointing performance.

Making his first Head Coaching move to Virginia Tech isn’t the worst position in the world. He’d have a modest budget, a solid fan base and a program that has already proven it can win. Not only that, but Elliott would have a major chance at building an ACC powerhouse, which would be on the opposite division of Clemson football.
