2. Atlanta Falcons

Dan Quinn is on the hot seat entering this season and, honestly, the Falcons’ dream hire would be to get rid of Quinn and hire Dabo Swinney.

The pairing would make so much since in terms of Swinney being able to come in and establish his culture- of course in a little different of a way.

The Falcons fan base has been starved of success and they are desperate for a championship. They came close just a few years ago when they made a Super Bowl appearance against the Patriots, but squandered a 28-3 lead on their way to a loss.

The Falcons and Dabo Swinney would be one of the most exciting coaching hires ever in terms of what he would mean for the franchise.
