4. Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jacksonville Jaguars are one of just four teams in the NFL to have never played in a Super Bowl. The Jaguars made it to the AFC Championship Game for the third-time in franchise history during the 2017 season, but have been on a major decline since that point.

The Jaguars missed the playoffs in each of the last two seasons and Doug Marrone has to be on the hotseat heading into this season.

Jacksonville addressed the defense during the 2020 NFL Draft, but that offense has not been impressive and won’t be getting any better this year. The Jaguars would absolutely a coach of Swinney’s stature calling the shots, but they’ll just have to dream instead.
