Clemson Football: We all know Dabo Swinney is the real ‘Tiger King’
While the popular Netflix documentary has become the talk of quarantine, we all know that Clemson coach Dabo Swinney is the real Tiger King.
The No. 1 most popular TV show right now is a Netflix docuseries known as ‘The Tiger King.’
According to Rotten Tomatoes, the popular show has a 96 percent audience score and received a 97 percent approval rating from critics. The Tiger King shows its viewers an in-depth look at the life of one ‘Joe Exotic,’ who owned more than 200 big cats in Oklahoma and ran the G.W. Zoo in Oklahoma.
Without giving away any spoilers, the documentary has plenty of wild turns, suspense and simply hooks its viewers to continue watching as things continue to escalate throughout the seven-episode running time.
While ‘The Tiger King’ may be one of the top trends in the country for quite some time, we as Clemson fans should never forget who the true ‘Tiger King’ is: Coach Dabo Swinney.
Swinney, the Head Coach of the Clemson Tigers, has absolutely taken the College Football world by storm. Swinney inherited a program with some talent, but it also showed an inability to win consistently and get to the next level.
Because of that, he spent time breaking everything down and developing a culture of character and winning. Through time, he has led Clemson to countless cornerstone wins against many marquee opponents- including Alabama, Ohio State, Oklahoma, LSU, Notre Dame Florida State, Auburn, Georgia and others- and has taken the Tigers to the top.
He currently has led Clemson to five-straight CFB Playoff appearances, two National Titles and six-straight ACC Championships.
Though Swinney has seen all kinds of unprecedented success as the program-builder, he continues to show that ‘the best is yet to come’ and that the Tigers are still seeking after greatness.
Recruiting is at an all-time high. Development is at an all-time high. And everything is clicking on all cylinders, all thanks to Dabo Swinney.
