3. Los Angeles Chargers

Could we see the Clemson football linebacker head out west?

Well, there’s certainly a chance that the Los Angeles Chargers with the No. 6 overall pick in the NFL Draft elect to go after Simmons.

The Chargers have an interesting decision on their hands as to what they do with that No. 6 pick. They’ll be picking after the Miami Dolphins- who are believed to be Tua Tagovailoa‘s destination- and they are in need of a quarterback and defensive help. The organization could even stand to draft an offensive tackle.

The Chargers will likely consider a plethora of prospects, including Simmons, Justin Herbert and others as we get closer to draft time.
