Clemson Football: Top 5 targets for 2021 recruiting class

1. Payton Page, 5-star DT

Perhaps the top prospect in this 2021 class is 5-star DT Payton Page.

Page is a 6-foot-4, 315 pound monster who has the ability to make an immediate impact and could be a nice complement to the pieces the Tigers already have.

Could you imagine a monster like Page lining up beside Demonte Capehart, Bryan Bresee and Myles Murphy? It’d certainly be a sight that no opposing offensive line would want to see.

Page is considered a Clemson lean at this point and the Tigers will look to continue to build a relationship with the star-studded defensive line through the spring and into the summer.

There are several other prospects that Clemson will be heavily targeting through the spring- especially based on need at a position- but these guys are clearly high on the Tigers’ board as the 2021 recruiting cycle picks up.
