It gets worse, though.

Tua Tagovailoa played in just two fourth quarters the entire season. Remember when Alabama fans were absolutely bragging about the fact that he- and the other starters- were sitting on the sidelines during all these fourth quarters?

There was never any talk about fatigue.

Rather, the only talk being had about the snap counts and playing time was if it would cost Tua the Heisman Trophy.

He was already penciled in to win another National Championship, according to national analysts, so all that was left was for him to win the biggest individual award in the sport.
