5. Tee Higgins: The best in the ACC

My first bold prediction is that Tee Higgins, the sophomore wide receiver, will be the best wide-out in the ACC.

Higgins, who came on late last year as a freshman, was absolutely dominant in the spring game and has really shown a physicality and different mentality from the wide receivers of last year.

He is the kind of guy that goes up and gets the ball out of the air even with intense coverage.

Last year, Clemson’s game plan was to involve Tee Higgins heavily against Alabama. It really hurt them when he went down with an injury early. I think he comes back stronger than ever this year and proves to be not only an elite wide receiver, but the best in a conference that includes some really talented WRs.
