Undrafted Free Agent

  • Ryan Carter: Buffalo Bills

Ryan Carter signed a free-agent deal with the Buffalo Bills. He will join Ray-Ray McCloud and Shaq Lawson.

Carter was a solid defensive back at Clemson. I think he’ll have a chance to earn a roster spot and compete on special teams.

He is very versatile, so it should be fun to watch him in that defensive backfield.

  • Taylor Hearn: Carolina Panthers

Taylor Hearn, the former starting guard for Clemson football, signed a contract with the Carolina Panthers.

Hearn will be given a shot from the franchise out of Charlotte, North Carolina just like Ben Boulware was last season.

Hearn was a third-team all-ACC pick this past season.

  • Marcus Edmond: L.A. Chargers

Edmond missed much of this past season with a foot injury. I think he’s a guy that could prove to be very effective at the next level.

He made a ton of plays for Clemson football over the years and I think he can take that same tenacity into the Charger locker room.
