With week one of the 2017 college football season just days away, here’s the games that you should keep an eye on, Clemson football fan or not.
Although majority of the games will be played this Saturday, Ohio State and the Indiana Hoosiers are set to face off at 8:00 pm, Thursday night. I don’t expect to see any surprises there, but, it truly signifies the return of college football.
The fact of the matter is, with all of the college football programs throughout the country, it is impossible to tune into every game. With that said, the following list of games pertains to Clemson and/or the College Football Playoff.
Thursday, August 11th, 8:00 p.m.:

In all honestly, the first week of the 2016 regular season featured many more highly anticipated matchups than this year. Aside from the showdown between Florida State and Alabama, there are not any powerhouse programs facing off.
Next: 5 Players to watch vs. Kent State
If I had to pick a game outside of FSU vs. Alabama that is worth watching, I’d say Michigan vs. Florida. Both the Wolverines and the Gators return a plethora of talent in the trenches and they have more than enough talent at the skill positions. It should be a very physical matchup. Keep an eye on Georgia vs. App State as well. The Mountaineers never go down without a fight.
