2. Deshaun Watson is the Heisman front-runner

This may be the most obvious observation that has ever been put out on the web.

Quarterback Deshaun Watson is, without a doubt, the Heisman front-runner for the 2016 season.

More from Rubbing the Rock

Watson played a total of four series and completed 5-of-6 passes for 140 yards and two touchdowns. He put the ball right on the money on all of his throws and looked extremely impressive in doing so.

As a matter of fact, I don’t believe there is a defense on Clemson football’s schedule that can stop Deshaun Watson. He is just that good. It only took one series in the Georgia game back in 2014 for us to realize that this kid is special.

He has only gotten better as his career has progressed and, in my opinion, will be the Heisman winner in the 2016 season. He is a leader and the offense flows so much better when he is at the helm.
