Clemson Football: 5 Freshmen That Will Avoid Redshirting

5. Tavien Feaster

The first one on this list may be the most obvious. Tavien Feaster, barring an injury, will not redshirt this season and you will see him on the field quite a bit, as a matter of fact.

He will not start, but I could see him factoring into the two or three-deep on the depth chart and will get plenty of playing time because of his explosiveness.

Feaster will bring something to the Clemson offense that has not been there the past couple of years: A home run threat out of the backfield. As good as Wayne Gallman is, he gets his yardage in a much different way than what Feaster does.

Tavien Feaster will be able to step in and make defenses think because they know he is capable of taking the ball to the end zone any and every time he touches the ball.

Feaster will, without a doubt, avoid a redshirt and will make an impact on the Clemson football offense and, most likely, the Tiger special teams next season as a freshman.
