Bryce Teodosio is a highlight reel. The Mauldin, S.C. native and former Clemson standout overshot rookie limits in 2025, playing 50 games for the Angels and displaying world-class range in center field.

While his .203 batting average and 31% strikeout rate are areas for growth, there is no doubt he has secondary tools. Teodosio led the PCL in triples in 2024, having a 21-for-21 streak in minors. The last time he had a major-league appearance in 2025 he was celebrated with seven stolen bases and defensive “Runs Saved” numbers that made him perhaps one of the best the team could achieve for that season.

2026 Season Preview: Teodosio gets a prediction as the fourth outfielder of 2026 for Anaheim. This spring, his target will improve his contact rate against high-velocity heaters.

Given his 70-grade speed and elite defense, he will have a long leash, expect Teodosio be the Angels' chief late-inning defensive replacement if they are going to get a pinch runner on occasion. If he can elevate his OBP to the .300 range, and will be able to steal 20+ bases and play a key role in the Angels’ rebuilding effort.
