Dabo Swinney has done it again. The legendary Clemson head coach has secured another special quarterback in yet another recruiting class.

A decade ago, it was Tajh Boyd who led the way as one of Swinney's first "special" quarterbacks and then he gave way to DeShaun Watson. Then, a couple of years after Watson led the Tigers to a national title, Trevor Lawrence took over and did the same. DJ Uiagalelei was supposed to be the "special" quarterback to follow Lawrence, but he fizzled out and now Clemson is led by Cade Klubnik.

Christopher Vizzina is awaiting his turn and then there will be another special quarterback on campus in the form of Elite 11 finalist Tait Reynolds.

Reynolds is just the latest proof that Dabo is a magician when it comes to identifying elite quarterbacks and then getting them to commit to Clemson. Reynolds may end up being one of the latest risers in terms of his star passers, but he could join an impressive list that spans over a decade.

Among the 20 quarterbacks at the event, Reynolds was listed as one of the top 11 performers behind MVP Dia Bell, a five-star Texas commit.

Reynolds was one of the lower-ranked passers at the event, sitting at No. 283 overall as the No. 22 quarterbacks in the 247Sports Composite. If the 247Sports rankings take the Elite 11 Finals into consideration, he might have to see a massive leap. He was ranked in the top five at the event which was headlined by five-stars and top-100 quarterbacks.

This is just further proof that Dabo knows what he's doing in terms of recruiting quarterbacks and that won't change any time soon. Dabo just knows.
