As one of the last picks in the first round of the 2015 draft, the Saints weren’t investing as much capital in Anthony as other players on this list who were higher picks, but he still didn’t return value on the selection.
In Year 1, Anthony was a member of the all-rookie team with 112 total tackles and five tackles for loss, but that offseason the Saints made a decision that may have cost Anthony a successful NFL career.
Anthony was moved to strongside linebacker from inside linebacker and he only made 16 tackles over 10 games before he ended the year on IR. The Saints moved him to Miami and without three years he was out of the NFL.
