It's been a busy 24 hours for the Clemson Tigers and in the best way possible. Yup, Dabo Swinney has been making moves to improve his staff, with a pair of head-turning moves coming in. First, former North Carolina receivers coach Lonnie Galloway announced he was Clemson-bound.
Galloway, who has loads of coaching experience, is joining Swinney as an offensive analyst. Keep in mind he was also previously a co-offensive coordinator with Louisville too. He's fired up to be with Clemson and the feeling sure is mutual.
He's not the only addition for the Tigers, though. On Friday morning, news broke that LA Chargers' staffer Kevin Kelly is also on his way to campus, getting ready to serve as Swinney's new director of player evaluation and acquisition. Kelly is a longtime NFL talent scout and now he's ready to help out Clemson? This feels like a pair of home-run moves from Dabo:

Dabo Swinney is working overtime to improve his Clemson football staff
Clemson finished the season 10-4 on the year, with a 7-1 conference record. Unfortunately, the Tigers didn't win the ACC title, as expected, and Swinney missed out on the College Football Playoff. This is something he never wants to be the case.
Following the disappointing campaign, Dwinney shifted his focus to the transfer portal, keeping plenty of his guys around, while bringing in a handful of key contributors to help this team out as well. The hype surrounding quarterback Cade Klubnik is quite high too, as people have him as an early contender for the Heisman Trophy in 2025.
With Galloway and Kelly on their way to town too, it only adds to the good news that has been surrounding the program of late. Swinney is widely considered one of the best coaches in college football and Clemson already holds strong odds to go on a deep CFP run next winter. It's going to take the entire team to get that job done, with Swinney sure meaning business this offseason.
