Former Clemson defensive lineman Tre Williams has found a new home. After five seasons with the Tigers, the grad. senior is heading north to Michigan.

Williams' career at Clemson has been largely marred by injury, especially in 2023 when he medically redshirted. He sat out most of the season with a shoulder injury but played in five games, recording only one tackle.

Over his five years, he posted 35 tackles in 44 games. Of those 35, 18 were solo, 10 were TFLs, and four were sacks.

According to 247Sports, Williams was a four-star prospect out of high school. The recruiting outlet rated him a .95 composite recruit and the No. 94 prospect in the country. He was also the No. 11 defensive tackle and the No. 3 recruit in the DC area.

As a transfer, he's dropped slightly with a rating of 90 but he's still considered a four-star prospect.
