If you're planning on purchasing EA Sports College Football 26, make sure you get the Deluxe Edition this year because it's going to feature a Clemson football star.

That's right, the rumors earlier in the offseason were true and Cade Klubnik is actually on the deluxe edition's cover for the game next to LSU star quarterback Garrett Nussmeier.

The fact that they placed the two right next to each other is actually amazing seeing as they open the 2025 season as foes with LSU traveling to Memorial Stadium to take on Clemson in one of the most highly-anticipated non-conference games of the year.

The Tigers also have some mascot representation all the way in the back there behind the referees and the first down marker, but Klubnik is the obvious choice to be the player representing Clemson on the cover.

Should he have been on the main cover, too? Well, that's an argument you could make but EA Sports decided to go with the two best wide receivers in the country, Jeremiah Smith and Ryan Williams who will be in the Heisman Trophy race this year, too. Klubnik is arguably the best quarterback in the country, but these two wideouts are undoubtedly the best at their position.

The game releases on July 10 but there's a link with the tweet of the deluxe edition cover that allows you to preorder it so you can have it downloaded right when it's released.

I don't know about you, but I'm ready to lead Klubnik to a Heisman Trophy when the game comes out.
