There are just a few hours until the Tigers take the field in their tenth ACC Championship game in the program's history. While the title game is no stranger to Clemson, its opponent is.
Conference newcomers SMU and Clemson will face off for the first time in history in the most consequential game of the season for both teams. The ACC title isn't the only thing at stake, as the conference winner will automatically receive a spot in the College Football Playoffs.
