Clemson's ACC depth chart includes the return of two Tigers
The path that Clemson took to make the ACC championship was unconventional, to say the least. However, the Tigers are once again playing for the conference crown. This time, it's against one of the league's newcomers: SMU.
This week's deep chart shows a rather healthy team heading to Charlotte. DeMonte Capehart and Shelton Lewis were listed for the first time since Louisville's chart. Capehart rolled his ankle against the Cardinals, while Lewis suffered a toe injury that head coach Dabo Swinney thought might sideline him for the rest of the season.
Unfortunately, backup offensive lineman Trent Howard will miss the rest. He suffered a torn ACL in practice before last week's game against South Carolina, but technically, he was still on the depth chart for the game. With Howard out, sophomore Harris Sewell will backup left guard, right guard, and center.
Clemson takes the field at Bank of America Stadium against SMU this Saturday.
