ACC Media Days provided us with plenty of great quotes and insight from Peter Woods, TJ Parker, Antonio Williams, and Cade Klubnik about the upcoming season.
Those guys even talked about poach attempts from the past offseason and honestly, that should surprise no one. College football is the wild, wild west these days, so coaches have to recruit their current players on top of high school recruits. The sport has gotten that much more difficult.
While there was talk about the offseason and what to expect in 2025, Klubnik provided everyone with a good nugget that kind of flew under the radar.
According to Jon Blau, Klubnik talked about ex-wideout-turned-running back Adam Randall and said that he has added about 15 pounds to his frame, and he only has seven percent body fat and can still run 4.4 40-yard dashes. I mean, how is that not the scariest thing you've ever heard.
Watching some ACC Network interviews from Clemson players yesterday: Cade Klubnik said ex-WR/now-RB Adam Randall has bulked up to about 240 pounds (he was 225 at receiver).

Seven percent body fat and still running 4.4-second 40-yard dashes, Klubnik says of Randall.
Imagine you're an opposing cornerback and you see a 6-foot-2, 240-pound running back running full steam at you, and he's not just massive and can run through you, but he could also run right around you. What are you doing in that situation? I know that's every cornerback's worst nightmare in the open field.
For reference, Derrick Henry of the Baltimore Ravens is 6-foot-2, 247 pounds, and he runs around a 4.524 40-yard dash. So basically, the Tigers have their own King Henry. Scary stuff.
So, in case you've lost track, Clemson has the No. 1 quarterback in the nation, arguably the top receiving corps in the country, a former basketball star at tight end, an offensive line headlined by a projected top-10 lineman prospect, and a running back built like Derrick Henry with a faster 40-time.
Buckle up, Clemson fans. This offense could be explosive.
