It feels like everything Dabo Swinney touches this offseason turns to gold. The Clemson football coach has been piecing together a national title-caliber roster which wowed fans during the spring game and he's also assembling a top-five recruiting class for 2026.

Ahead of Friday's Gordon Sellars announcement, Clemson had the No. 3 recruiting class in the country with 13 commits. It only got better at 12 p.m. ET.

That's right, the Tigers secured a commitment from the four-star wideout.

Sellars was atop Swinney's recruiting board at receiver where he's already landed a couple of elite prospects. Now, he has a third commitment at wideout to bolster that class and give him arguably the best receiver class in 2026.

The four-star wideout from North Carolina chose the Tigers over South Carolina, Ohio State, and Michigan. He was already getting recruited by Florida, Georgia, Texas A&M, Penn State, and Notre Dame.

With the commitment of Sellars, Clemson is now up to 14 commits in the 2026 class and it moved back up to that No. 2 spot in the 2026 cycle, behind only USC.

Sellars is the No. 207 overall recruit in the 2026 class as well as the No. 41 receiver, per 247Sports. He joins Connor Salmin and Naeem Burroughs as the third four-star Clemson receiver commit.

Swinney has been absolutely killing it on the recruiting trail and it's only going to get better for the Tigers over the summer during official visit season. We've seen a wave of commitments this spring, but I'd be willing to bet even more priority targets pick Clemson this summer.
