I watched most of the Bulldog’s game against Missouri and while the score was out of hand Parker McNeil came in and had a couple of nice touchdown passes to Cyrus Allen and as Dabo said Tuesday, Louisiana Tech can “spin it”.  It looks like McNeil started the second game against Stephen F. Austin and played well enough to earn the start this Saturday, too.

This should be a good test for the Clemson defensive backfield ahead of Sam Hartman and Devin Leary as I’m not totally sure what the Tigers have on the back end yet with Furman throwing a lot of screens and the like.

Sonny Cumbie is an Air Raid guy, but the offense is more of a hybrid and from what I saw in the Missouri game and have read, I’d say the Bulldogs will be looking to throw long early and often.

If the Tigers pass rush can get home, this one could get ugly early, but the Tigers have only 4 sacks in their first two games, a number that could easily double this week as this is a pass first team.
