Clemson football: Way too early score predictions for games 7-12
We pick up with game 7 in Tallahassee against an improving Florida State Seminoles team where the Tigers haven’t played since 2018 when a guy famously read a book while watching something that resembled the Battle of Little Bighorn. No wonder the Seminoles wanted no part of 2020 Clemson.
What if I told you it was 2022 and Florida State’s last winning season was 2017? Weird, huh? It is, however, the truth.
The Noles appear headed in the right direction, but they aren’t getting there fast and the brand that once ruled college football is, ummmm, tarnished shall we say.
They’ve been recruiting decently, in the 20’s in 2020 and 2021, but they just aren’t the same program that was once so feared in the ACC and nationally.
That said, the Tigers will be playing for the seventh consecutive week and could be coming off a physical matchup with Boston College and hitting the road.
Tigers have too much talent, but give the Seminoles a home bump, assuming their fans show up and are watching the game and not reading 50 Shades of Grey.
