Louisiana at Florida State

Where: Doak Campbell Stadium, Tallahassee, FL

Why: Did you see the Jacksonville State game last season? That’s why.

On the surface, Louisiana lost their coach and several players. Dig deeper, and you will see they return most of their skill players on offense and have filled some holes with transfers from bigger programs.

Florida State will be the favorite over the Ragin’ Cajuns at Doak Campbell. They will be hosting their archrival, the Florida Gators, the following weekend.

Can you say ‘trap game’?

Norvell hasn’t had a season yet where the Seminoles won every game they should have won. As crazy as it sounds, this is a ‘prove it’ game. Anything less than a healthy win will make Florida State look weak, which then weakens Clemson’s SOS.
