After struggling in 200 at-bats last season in his rookie year, White has been relegated to a bench role in 2022, having started only seven games in the first three weeks.

The 27 year old White plays mostly centerfield and is batting .250 with an RBI in limited plate appearances.

White was drafted in the 11th round of the 2016 MLB Draft by the Oakland Athletics before going to the Rangers as part of a three team trade on December 21, 2018.

White made his MLB debut on September 1, 2020.
