Three UGA Bulldogs who could be a problem for Clemson football

3. Derion Kendrick

Derion Kendrick is not on this list because of his talent or because we believe he’ll be able to lockdown any of Clemson’s wide receivers.

Kendrick is on this list because of what he may be able to provide Georgia off-the-field.

Kendrick has had a full offseason with the Bulldogs and you’ve got to believe that he has given Kirby Smart and Co. every bit of insider information that he could share and it will be interesting to see what that might mean for the game itself.

In addition, Kendrick might have a little more of an edge coming into this one than anything we saw last year.

We all have seen the flashes of talent that Kendrick possesses, but he never looked truly focused in 2020 and he got beat on far too many occasions. However, coming into this one, he’ll have a chip on his shoulder and we should expect that the Tigers will get the very best effort from him this time around.

Does it change the outcome of the game? Most likely not, but it’s still a storyline and something for Tiger fans to keep their eye on when they’re browsing through the Georgia roster looking for names to watch.
