If you haven’t heard yet, the 2021 Clemson football season will open at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, NC against the Tigers’ territorial rival in the Georgia Bulldogs.

If the renewing of the rivalry wasn’t enough to spark your interest, how about we add in the fact that Bank of America Stadium is moving back to full-capacity for its events this fall- including the 2021 season-opener- and that means we will see more than 75,000 Clemson and Georgia fans pack inside the stadium on Labor Day weekend in September.

It’s kind of a big deal.

With the return of fans and the fact that this is going to be a game featuring two top-five teams who are legitimate CFB Playoff contenders, the amount of hype this matchup is already receiving months in advance is unreal.

Clemson football fans who want to buy tickets on the secondary market are going to pay a pretty penny

There’s no doubt that the atmosphere for this game is going to be electric, but if you want to experience that up-close and personal, you’re going to dish out quite the amount of money to do so.

Tickets are now being unveiled on the secondary market and the cheapest seat we could find was in the upper-corner of the stadium (nearly the top row) for $305 and that doesn’t even include delivery or service fees.

The point? If you’re a Clemson football fan wanting to get to the game in Charlotte, you’re going to pay dearly to do so.

Tiger fans who are wanting to purchase two tickets could very well end up paying more than $800 for the pair when you add in taxes and fees, and the craziest thing? We’re only in May.

As we get closer to kickoff, you can only expect that prices are going to rise. Why wouldn’t they

This is set to be a game-changing matchup that both sides will remember for quite some time and the winner will have it marked in their history books, likely highlighted and italicized.
