Vic Beasley

Vic Beasley looked as if he was going to become a serious Pro-Bowl level player after his second season with the Atlanta Falcons where he 15.5 sacks and was named an All-Pro in 2016.

Unfortunately, he hasn’t been able to imitate that kind of success since.

Beasley spent three more seasons with the Falcons where he combined 18 sacks (an average of six per season) and the franchise chose to move on from him when his contract came up last spring.

Beasley signed with the Tennessee Titans, but things never worked out there. He failed his first physical and ended up appearing in five games, cumulating three tackles and no sacks. The Titans released Beasley and he was later signed to the practice squad of the Las Vegas Raiders.

He would go on to appear in five games with the Raiders, but register just one tackle.

As Beasley goes into this offseason, there’s going to be some hesitancy surround NFL ballclubs on bringing him in as he has clearly regressed but we still believe he’ll land somewhere. Perhaps he’ll find some new life and come back stronger as a result of the past few seasons.
