The Clemson football fan base is unlike any other and there’s just something different about us.

No one can really put their finger on it, but when you visit Clemson on a football Saturday, you just notice that there’s something different about the entire atmosphere. From the hospitality to the unbridled passion and everything in between, Clemson football fans are unlike any other fan base in the country.

For another year, the Clemson football fan base was named the No. 1 collegiate fan base in the country by the FanSided 250. Tiger fans were also ranked No. 14 overall. The FanSided 250 is our annual celebration of fandom. Our list has evolved into a ranking of the “hottest” 250 fandoms of the year.

As we continue to celebrate Clemson football and the unbridled passion that Tiger fans possess, let’s take a look at 10 things only Clemson fans can relate with.

10. A closet full of orange, and that’s still not enough

If you open the door to your closet and there’s a orangish-glow without even cutting the light on, you’re probably a Clemson football fan.

It’s not enough to have just a couple of t-shirts. As Tiger fans, we’ve got t-shirts for every day of the week, hoodies for the cold, polos, rain jackets, dress shirts, hats and some even have pants.

That’s not even to mention the other household items like blankets, coolers and cornhole boards.

It doesn’t take long for a visitor to walk into a Tiger fan’s house and know exactly where they stand in terms of their fandom.
