3. Derion Kendrick

Derion Kendrick was a guy who we had pegged as a potential All-American before the season began, but that hasn’t come to fruition this year.

There’s no doubt that Kendrick has the talent and ability to be a major contributor and one of the best coverage defenders in the nation, but he has stayed in Dabo Swinney‘s ‘love shack’ far too often over the course of this year.

Every time it seems like we finally get Kendrick on the field, he’s back off.

While it may be tempting to just go ahead and try his hand at the NFL Combine and the next level, it would definitely be for the best to see him come back and show that All-American and first-round potential that everyone knows is within him.
