Been there, done that

Clemson is really young. When you look at the depth chart released for this week’s matchup at Georgia Tech, of the top 44 on the depth chart, 28 are freshman and sophomores – which should scare the hell out of everyone around the country.

However, because Clemson football is an actual championship program and not a one and done one-hit-wonder, all of the sophomores and redshirt freshmen have championship experience. They are developed to be ready for both the mid-year rivalry game as well as the national title games.

Georgia Tech is really young as well. They feature two of the best young players in the ACC but they aren’t surrounded by teammates that have a ton of experience. Most of the players on this Tech roster have lost more games than they have won in college, while most of these Clemson players have lost no more than two games in their entire careers.

Tech was able to sneak up on Clemson in 2014 in Atlanta, that certainly will not happen in 2020.
