Coaching matters

Clemson football as the best coaching staff in the country and that is not debatable. Sure, most fan bases like their coaching staff and believe in their coaching staff but Clemson football has the best staff.

No program in the country develops and game plans, as well as Clemson, does.

Sure, we all get frustrated at times because Tony Elliott tends to overthink his game plans or because there are times when Brent Venables takes too damn long to make his defensive call because he wants to see what the offense is doing, but no other staff is the country does it better as a group.

I am not calling Georgia Tech’s coaching staff trash, far from it. Geoff Collins has put together a really good staff but they are young and inexperienced. While they may one day catch Clemson, it isn’t going to be this year and they are not going to outcoach the best in the game.
