More Studs

Tiger defense was a turnover-forcing machine

Clemson forced three turnovers- all interceptions- Saturday night and the defensive backfield was absolutely all over the field.

We saw guys like Mario Goodrich, Derion Kendrick, Sheridan Jones and Andrew Booth Jr. all get involved and there’s no doubt that this secondary has a chance to be one of the best in quite a while for Clemson football.

Front-seven got after D’Eriq King and made him uncomfortable

We talked about the secondary, but now let’s talk about the front-seven. The Tigers had five sacks and 11 tackles for loss. They were constantly in the backfield and absolutely dominated that Miami offensive line.

Braden Galloway‘s performance

How about Braden Galloway? The tight end finished the night as the leading receiver for the Tigers with four catches for 74 yards and two touchdowns. It was good seeing him involved and showing what kind of impact he’s capable of making on a night-in, night-out basis.
