Three bold predictions for Clemson football against the Miami Hurricanes

The Clemson football team will take on the Miami Hurricanes tonight at 7:30 p.m. live on ABC.

The Tigers come into the game ranked as the No. 1 team in the nation and the Hurricanes enter the contest as the No. 7-ranked team in the country. The matchup is set to be featured on ESPN College GameDay and the winner will have the inside track towards a berth in the CFB Playoff later this season.

As we continue to prepare for the monumental matchup tonight for Clemson football, here are three bold predictions for the game.

3. Travis Etienne scores rushing and receiving TDs

There is no doubt that Travis Etienne is going to be a major part of what Clemson football wants to do Saturday evening in both the rushing and passing game.

It should be expected that Etienne will easily get more than 20 touches against the Hurricanes as the Tigers look to use him out of the backfield in many different facets.

That’s why our first ‘bold prediction,’ if you want to call it that, is that Etienne will score touchdowns by both rushing and receiving.
