Miami

This will be another one that Clemson fans will find hard to agree with but if you look at what they are accomplishing in Coral Gables, something is clearly brewing.

They had a Top 20 recruiting class in 2020 but more importantly, their per average player rating was top 10 in the country.

Before opting out for 2020, the Hurricanes had two top 10 2021 NFL draft picks on its defensive line. Not only are they starting to recruit on an elite level again, but they are also developing their guys into elite-level talent that the NFL is foaming at the mouth for.

Manny Diaz made some early mistakes upon his arrival in Miami, spending too much time in yachts and not enough time in his office but he seems to have figured out that donors will send more money when they win.

No one cares about their run in the 80s or the early 00s, but Miami is finding their rhythm again and like Georgia Tech, could find themselves competing with Clemson in the ACC championship game sooner than later.
