Clemson Football: Weather Report vs. The Citadel Bulldogs
The Clemson football team will take on The Citadel Bulldogs Saturday in Death Valley
We’ve almost made it to another weekend full of Clemson football.
The Tigers opened up the 2020 season with a 37-13 win over the Wake Forest Demon Deacons in Winston-Salem and will now play a home game for the first time this fall.
It’s been quite a while since we’ve seen Clemson football back in Death Valley– as a matter of fact, you have to go all the way back to Nov. 16, 2019 when the Tigers played the Demon Deacons to find the last time we’ve seen the Tigers in Clemson Memorial Stadium.
That being said, it won’t be a normal Saturday in Death Valley.
A little more than 19,000 Clemson football fans will be on hand for the match-up and will be physically distanced and required to wear masks around the stadium. While the atmosphere and the layout will look anything but normal, it will certainly feel good to see the Tigers running down the hill and rubbing Howard’s Rock before playing a game in their home venue.
For those who are traveling to the game or for the many more who might be doing a little tailgating from home, here’s a look at the Clemson football weather report, according to AccuWeather.
Clemson football Weather Report vs. The Citadel
High: 71 degrees

If you’re looking for what might be considered a perfect weekend to go to a Clemson football game, this is it.
There’s a slight chance of rain that is supposed to dissipate by game time and we’re talking about sub-70 degree temperatures at kickoff. The humidity is relatively low and this is going to feel like a lot of November games typically feel in Clemson- except we’re in September.
It should be a beautiful weekend to watch Clemson football and we’ll be providing complete coverage from the game in Death Valley on Saturday afternoon.
