Clemson Football: 5 Tigers we want to see a lot of against The Citadel

2. Demarkcus Bowman

This is probably going to be one of my predictions for later in the week, but I’ll go ahead and give it to you early: Clemson freshman RB Demarkcus Bowman is going to score his first career touchdown this weekend.

The Tigers do return Lyn-J Dixon, who will receive carries, but there’s no doubt that we’re going to see the ‘freshman show’ with Bowman and his counterpart Kobe Pace getting a ton of reps, especially in the second half.

Bowman was so close to breaking off a couple of big runs last weekend and there’s nothing that will stand in his way from exploding this weekend and showing that elite track speed in open space.
