8. No slow start for the Tigers this year

Speaking of the offense, I also think we’re going to see a much different development with the offense this season.

In years past, we’ve seen Clemson methodically work its offense to 100 percent. The Tigers intentionally hold back portions of their playbook. They force things to happen just because they can.

This year, with there being no guarantee of how long we’ll play, I think you’re going to see a different type of offense. This unit won’t start out slowly. They’re not going to ‘feel the season out.’ They’re going to come out attacking and that’s going to lead to us seeing a lot of points on the board from the get-go.
