Predicting a Vegas spread for every game on the 2020 Clemson football schedule

The 2020 Clemson football schedule was revamped and released with a new look as the Tigers prepare to play a season in what will be the strangest year of College Football yet.

There are many bumps that could present themselves in the road, but the plan is to play a season and the Clemson football team is clearly preparing to do just that.

While Vegas spreads have not been announced for every game as of yet, here’s our best prediction for what those numbers will look like for every game on the current 2020 Clemson football schedule.

September Vegas Spread Predictions

Sept. 12: @ Wake Forest (Clemson -28.5)

According to our books, the Tigers open up the season as a 28.5-point favorite on the road against the Wake Forest Demon Deacons and, honestly, it could very well be more than that.

Sept. 19: vs. The Citadel– unconfirmed (Clemson -45)

It has not been officially confirmed yet that Clemson will play The Citadel in its non-conference slot, but that’s the overarching belief. The Bulldogs do intend to play four games despite their conference moving their season to the spring and Clemson football is expected to be one of those opponents.

With that being said, the Tigers are a 45-point favorite at home, and that also may be a bit generous.
