Demarkcus Bowman

Demarkcus Bowman has drawn rave reviews since the start of fall camp. The Tiger Coach Staff has been impressed with his speed, athleticism and overall play-making ability. It’s clear they’re ready to get him into a scrimmage situation to see what he can do.

In addition to Bowman, it should be noted that Tony Elliott was really impressed with true-freshman Kobe Pace and the style of running that he’ll bring to the program.

D.J. Uiagalelei

Though D.J. Uiagalelei is listed as the current third-stringer at quarterback, there’s no doubt that the coaching staff believes he’s going to be special.

Elliott said that Uiagalelei- who weighs 245 pounds- is ‘cut from the same cloth as Trevor Lawrence.’

Uiagalelei is big and imposing, but also athletic. He has a cannon for an arm and is going to be a big-time quarterback for Clemson football following Trevor Lawrence’s departure.
