3. Tony Elliott
Some have disagreed with Tony Elliott’s play-calling over the last half-decade or so, but there’s still plenty of reason to believe that he’ll be a successful head coach some day.
Elliott recruits at a high level and does a great job developing his players. He currently is only 40 years old, which means he still has plenty of time to develop in his role and potentially move on and work his way up the College Football ladder as a Head Coach.
Elliott’s analytical mind and quiet persona would be a different dynamic from what we have grown accustomed to with Swinney, but that still doesn’t mean he couldn’t be successful.
