2. Tee Higgins

Tee Higgins may not have been drafted in the first-round, but that won’t stop him from making a major splash this season.

Higgins joins the Cincinnati Bengals, who will be trotting out a new rookie QB in Joe Burrow. The dynamic pairing of Higgins, Burrow and A.J. Green has to have Bengals fans hoping for a much-improved product this time around.

Higgins is going to win his one-on-one match-ups against some of the best defensive backs in the league and that’s going to lead to him being recognized as one of the top rookies in the NFL before long.
