Greatest Clemson football players of Danny Ford era: 4. Terry Kinard

Terry Kinard is the most decorated defensive back in the history of the Clemson football program.

Kinard, who played at Clemson from 1979-82, was a two-time consensus All-American and was named the CBS National Defensive Player of the Year in 1982.

To this day, Kinard is the leader in career interceptions (17) and had two seasons where he totaled six interceptions (1981, 82), which is tied for fourth in program history.
